Dr. Kyle Boland
Dr. Kyle grew up with three siblings near the small town of Seneca, WI. He attended the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology while playing on the men’s basketball team for two years. In June of 2011 he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where he served as a Clinical Rehabilitation Intern under former Olympian Dr. Dave Juehring. Dr. Kyle has completed hundreds of additional hours of continuing education on topics including exercise, rehabilitation, extremities, TMJ disorders, throwing athletes, golf, yoga, gait analysis and functional medicine. After graduation from Palmer, Dr. Kyle practiced for two years in the Quad Cities, working in a multidisciplinary setting and with other DC’s. This has taught him the value of a quality healthcare team all working together for the patient. In 2013 Coulee Health was established to provide a positive atmosphere for functional chiropractic care in the Coulee Region. It has grown to a multidisciplinary setting that offers patients well-rounded, patient-centered care.
He has always had an interest in health and fitness, and applies this to the functional approach that he takes while treating patients. Dr. Kyle looks for the cause of a particular problem and combines that with the goals of the patient to formulate a specific and individualized treatment plan. He is very passionate about empowering his patients to take an active role in their health. Dr. Kyle has been working with the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Athletic Training Department and their athletes since 2014, helping to keep them healthy and performing at top of their game. He is also co-host of the Clinically Pressed podcast, which aims to “keep the complicated simple” in health, nutrition, and performance.
When not helping patients, Dr. Kyle can be found spending time with his amazing wife, Erica, and four wonderful boys: Terryn, Canon, Laken, and Maclin. Family and friends are very important to him. He enjoys exercising, sports, and most outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, and hiking. He is always up for trying something new and loves to travel and learn!
