Whole Life Challenge Community Fitness Class

To start off on a good note for your journey with the whole life challenge, Coulee Health is offering a free fitness class to anyone who has registered for the game and signed up to be on the Coulee Health Team.
Not only can you add some points right away, but you will also have the opportunity to connect with others in the community who are playing the game as well.
This fitness class will be held on Saturday, September 24 at 9:30a at the Coulee Health Fitness Center
(Next to Brenengen Chevrolet)
ABOUT WHOLE LIFE CHALLENGE:
Are you looking for accountability to help you become more happy, healthy, active, energetic, and connected? Join us for the Whole Life Challenge! The Whole Life Challenge is a 6-week health and wellness game that focuses on The 7 Daily Habits.
The 7 Daily Habits you will practice throughout the challenge include Nutrition, Exercise, Mobility, Sleep, Hydration, Well-Being, and Reflection — with the ultimate goal of incorporating them into your life.
You will focus on what you eat and drink, how you move, your sleep, and even your mental well-being. Keeping you socially connected, self-aware, and more in control of your day-to-day life. The end result of this effort can be profound, leaving you feeling rested, healthy, physically strong, and more open to new experiences.
You’ll keep score, but the power of the Challenge is not in the points. Rather, it’s in the results that come from the 7 Habits working together to improve your days, your relationships, and your overall well-being.
