In this guide, Dr. Ellyn Halley will explore 6 categories of health to help support your health and wellness needs and goals through tips, recommendations, and local services.

Women’s strength is an ongoing, weekly class designed for women who know the basics, are moderately comfortable with strength training, are happy to be consistently moving their bodies, and are looking to join an environment of other supportive women.
The programming is based around building strength sustainably, followed by balanced conditioning. Our goal is help you be your most functional and powerful self! We welcome everyone – no matter your fitness background. We want to show everyone the value of lifting weights and getting strong!
Free fitness class open to the Community. We encourage all ages and abilities to come and check out what Coulee Health has to offer!
This 6 week fitness program consists of 12 total sessions and is for any womxn who:
- Has little to no experience with foundational strength training
- Has recently become pregnant or is newly postpartum
- Has previously built a foundation of strength but is just recently returning to lifting after taking some time off

These sessions are intended for those who are recovering from injury, chronic pain, or are returning to fitness after time away. These sessions entail a thorough history, discussion of goals, and going through exercises that are specific to you. You will come away from each session with recommendations on exercises to complete. Those who purchase a package of 3 sessions will also receive a 4-6 week program.
