You body is connected, and where you feel pain or tension isn’t always where the problem starts.
Our approach to massage and bodywork looks at the bigger picture. Whether you’re dealing with persistent tightness, recovering from an injury, training hard, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, or simply feeling the effects of everyday life, your session is tailored to what your body needs that day.
A movement-based approach combining assisted stretching, compression, and hands-on techniques to support mobility, flexibility, and whole-body movement.
Targeted hands-on work to address muscle tension, soreness, mobility restrictions, and areas that need extra attention.
A gentle, hands-on approach using light touch work with the tissues and structures surrounding the craniosacral system. Often chosen by those looking for a gentle form of bodywork to support relaxation and ease tension.
Focused work on the fascia, the connective tissue surrounding your muscles and other structures, to address areas of restriction and help support more comfortable movement.
Gentle, intentional hands-on work focused on the abdomen and surrounding tissues to address tension, mobility, and connection through the core. Often chosen by women experiencing painful bloating, irregular cycles, infertility, and/or digestion concerns.
You may notice ‘deep tissue’ isn’t on our service list, and that is intentional.
At Coulee Health, we believe effective bodywork isn’t always about applying as much pressure as possible. More pressure doesn’t always mean better results.
Instead, our massage and bodywork sessions are individualized to what your body needs that day. Using techniques like myofascial work, craniosacral therapy, abdominal work, Thai massage and targeted therapeutic techniques, we work with your body, not against it.
The goal isn’t to leave feeling like you survived your massage. It’s to help improve movement, reduce tension and support lasting change.
Not sure which one you need? That’s where we can support you.
We’ll help determine which techniques make the most sense for your body and your goals.
