Strength & Conditioning Class

Classes are led by Dr. Ellyn Halley and Paige Lindquist. The programming is based around building strength sustainably, followed by balanced conditioning. Our goal is help you be your most functional and powerful self! We welcome everyone – no matter your fitness background. We want to show everyone the value of lifting weights and getting strong!
