Chiropractic New Patient Exam + Treatment – (If you’ve never received a Chiropractic session from a Coulee Health chiropractor before)
Chiropractic Follow Up Treatment – (If you’ve fulfilled your New Patient Exam within the past 3 months AND haven’t experienced a major injury since your last chiropractic exam
Chiropractic Re-Exam + Treatment – (If you’ve fulfilled your New Patient Exam but haven’t visited Coulee Health in 3+ months OR have experienced a major injury since your last chiropractic exam)
Chiropractic Pediatric New Patient – (For children ages birth to adolescence who have never received chiropractor care services at Coulee Health)
Chiropractic First Postpartum Visit – (Chiropractic care for those who have recently given birth)

Dry Needling – (For existing patients only.)

Time of Service Rates:

Our office accepts cash, credit/debit, and HSA cards. While we do accept several major insurance companies for chiropractic treatments, depending on your deductible, it may be more cost effective for you to pay the out of pocket rates listed below:

• New Chiropractor Patient Visit: $175
• New Pediatric Chiropractor Patient Visit (Under 5 years): $125
• Patient Follow Up Chiropractor Treatment (Adult/Pediatric): $50
